The following Rulebooks have been altered: Rulebook on licensing investment firms, Rulebook on licensing and requirements for conducting market operator activities, Rulebook on operating requirements for investment fund management companies, Rulebook on licensing brokers, investment advisers and portfolio managers.
New Guidelines for assessing money laundering and terrorism financing risks
The Securities Commission adopted the new Guidelines for Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Risk Assessment and Application of the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing for Entities supervised by the Securities Commission.
Intesa Invest given investment fund management company license
A new investment fund management company has been licensed. On 2 February 2018, the Securities Commission adopted a decision granting an operating license to the investment fund management company Intesa Invest a.d. Beograd. The company was granted a license to organize and manage open-ended investment funds, to establish and manage closed-ended investment funds, and to manage private investment funds.
