The Securities Commission adopted a decision revoking a license for carrying out activities of an investment firm from the broker-dealer company Galenika broker a.d. Beograd at its 29th session held 29 June 2018. The company concluded a contract on the transfer of client financial instrument accounts and issuer accounts with the broker-dealer company Momentum Securities a.d. Novi Sad.
New questionnaire forms on AMLTF activities conducted by reporting entities
The Securities Commission adopted new forms of the questionnaires on activities reporting entities supervised by the Securities Commission undertake to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing. The new forms of questionnaires were prepared with the purpose of application of the Law on prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing.
Students visit Securities Commission
This spring also was marked by the visits of university students to the Securities Commission. The Stock Exchange and the Securities Commission welcomed second-year students from the Business Faculty of the Singidunum University. Ms Tijana Cvetković Gajičić Senior Adviser in the Securities Commission held a presentation for the students. She talked about the role and tasks of the Commission, capital market, market participants and their interrelationships. In addition to the students of the Business Faculty of the Singidunum University, the Commission was visited by the students from the Faculty of Law of Eastern Sarajevo University, from Bijeljina.
