On 15 July 2019, the Securities Commission ordered blocking of assets on cash accounts and securities accounts of broker-dealer company CapitalOne a.d. Beograd, for a period of three months. The Commission hereby invites all CapitalOne clients who believe they have been incurred damages by CapitalOne to write to the Commission to the email address nadzor@sec.gov.rs, by 15 September 2019.
Dil broker ceases its investment firm activities
The Securities Commission adopted a decision revoking a license for carrying out activities of an investment firm from the broker-dealer company Dil broker a.d. Beograd, as the company filed a request for termination of investment firm activities. Dil broker had concluded a contract on the transfer of client financial instrument accounts and issuer accounts with the broker-dealer company Intercity broker a.d. Beograd.
CapitalOne license suspended for 6 months
On 10 May 2019, the Commission adopted a temporary decision suspending all the activities of CapitalOne a.d. Beograd for 30 days and instructed it to eliminate the determined illegalities. As, CapitalOne a.d. failed to act as instructed in the Commission decision (including here earlier Commission decisions), on 13 June 2019, at its 95th session, the Commission adopted a temporary decision suspending license for the provision of activities of an investment firm of CapitalOne a.d. for the period of 6 months.
