On request by the broker-dealer company, the Securities Commission revoked the investment firm license from the company Jorgić broker. At its 162 session held 26 March 2021, the Securities Commission adopted a decision revoking a license for carrying out activities of an investment firm from the broker-dealer company Jorgić broker a.d. Beograd, on request by the company. The company has been removed from the register of issued broker-dealer company licenses.
Financial instruments of clients of broker-dealer company Jorgić broker, who had not selected an investment firm on their own, were transferred to the broker-dealer company Tesla Capital a.d. Beograd, free of charge, pursuant to the contract concluded by Jorgić broker on the transfer of client financial instrument accounts and issuer accounts to Tesla Capital.
