As of Monday, 16 May 2016 investment firms will file their monthly reports electronically using the Gateway to Regulated Information of the Securities Commission. The monthly reports of investment firms will be accepted only when filed electronically through the Gateway to Filing Regulated Information.

Investment firms in Serbia shall file their regulated information as of this year to the Securities Commission – electronically. The electronic filing process shall start on Monday 25 April 2016. The investments firms will have to file a PDF form first registering a reporting person and filing their qualified electronic signatures. After completing this initial step and registration, they will be able to submit electronically their annual financial statements as of 25 April 2016 through the Gateway to Filing Regulated Information.

As of this year reporting entities have the option to file regulated information concerning publicly traded companies to the Securities Commission – electronically, in a simple and straightforward way using the special segment of our website entitled as the Gateway to Filing Regulated Information (Available only on the Serbian version of the website).
